Sivrihisar Kilim

The characteristic design of this wonderful kilim, probably derives from a combination of the general prayer kilim concept, influenced in this case by those of Karapinar from the larger Konya district.

The warm and saturated colours, and the overall gentle tones due to the patina, reveal its age and beauty.
