Mut Kilim

This wonderful kilim from Mut in southern Turkey, was made during the first half of the 19^th century. Its archaic design, consisting of 3 horizontal and four vertical “elibelinde – variable” motifs on a bright white ground, with no borders, add a museum quality to this most impressive and beautiful kilim. A collector’s item.
